REVIEW: Soap & Glory Smoothie Star Body Milk   £10.50

I wanted to share some information about this wonderful moisturiser with you all! As a massive Soap & Glory fan, I was delighted to hear about this treat as who doesn't enjoy a good smoothie? Of course, I had no hope this product would be edible but it smells good enough to eat!

As you can see, it comes in an open/close pump to avoid spillage! Personally, a lid to go on top of the pump would be advantageous.

Swatches shows it has a thick consistency! The "body milk" title may confuse a few people-  it's not actually a "liquid" formula and you apply it the same as you would with any moisturiser. It's slightly cream in tone but it doesn't leave any sort of shimmer on your body like some moisturisers do! It blends in with a bit of rubbing and gives a "body butter" finishing effect. It does leave a scent on your skin, on the bottle it says there's an almonds, oats and brown sugar scent added to the formula which may NOT be to everyone's tastes and I say this because it's quite sweet...almost cake like!

The bottle contains 500ml of product so you're really getting your moneys worth! A little goes along way due to the thick consistency and provided you ex-foliate your skin in the bath/shower beforehand, it should keep any dryness at bay. I would say the skin on my BODY is normal/dry but if you find this product doesn't work for you, Soap and Glory do other body creams such as the "Righteous Butter" which you can check out here
